The Rockland Paramedic Services Benevolent Fund and the Valley Hospital Mobile Intensive Care Unit are joining together to help one of our own, Nancy Bergquist in her time of need. Please join us on Thursday March 25, 2010 at Rhodes North Tavern on Rt. 17 in Sloatsburg, NY for our fundraiser and a great time. Your ticket will entitle you to free food, beer, wine and soda. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, raffled prizes and a live band! All are welcome and encouraged to attend. So please join us and have a great time while contributing to a deserving cause. All proceeds will be used to help pay for the ongoing expenses accrued as our dear friend & colleague undergoes treatment.

Rockland Paramedic Services is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit Advanced Life Support Service operating in Rockland County. We are the advanced life support first response service that operates in conjunction with the local volunteer ambulance corps. RPS operates seven rapid response vehicles equipped with much of the same equipment you would find in an emergency room. Through the EMS 911 system, we respond with the volunteer ambulance corps to all medical emergencies. RPS was developed through the mutual cooperation and efforts of the volunteer ambulance corps in 1985. Rockland Paramedic Services has made a firm commitment to our staff to be the best trained and qualified paramedics in the Hudson Valley. RPS has concentrated its efforts toward providing the latest state-of-the-art equipment and life saving medical techniques available.
